Dujiangyan Sustainable Caviar Project

Located in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Dujiangyan irrigation system, our sustainable farm harnesses snowmelt water from the Min River at a constant 3–18°C temperature — ideal for Kaluga, Amur, Hybrid, Russian, Siberian, and Sterlet sturgeon.

Our exclusive organic caviar farm near Jili Lake in Xinjiang Province operates in one of China's most pristine environments — six months of ice coverage annually, -30°C to 25°C temperature swings, and snowmelt water from barren land.
